Would stay here again only because of the location to CSU campus. Old Town is close but would not consider it within walking distance as advertised. Electrical outlets in bath area were lacking and covered up by coffee pot & cups inconvenient. Window in shower. Old and small, but clean. If you want to stay near CSU or just want to be in walking distance of all the great Fort Collins bars and restaurants, this is the place. Very clean, great service, nice furniture. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms. ...read more

Not your typical best Western.

This hotel was perfect for our needs, and had the most comfortable beds I've ever encountered at a hotel. The staff was attentive, the rooms were clean and high quality. They had free high speed internet, but it was not wireless. They had breakfast available, but it was pricy for what it was, so we went to one of the many local restaurants. Rooms are plain but very clean and convenient to Downtown Ft. Collins and college where my children attend.

Nothing good to say about this hotel. I would suggest any other place in Ft. Collins rather than the Best Western. The hotel just had a cheap feel.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, even though it was older and the rooms were small. The staff was outstanding, and the breakfast was wonderful. We would be happy to stay here again.

This is the second and last time I will go with you for picking out hotels/motels. Everyone I have gotten was a lousy dirty motel. This one was dirty, small and next to railroad tracks and a university with noisy students. ...read more
